Payton and Dynasty Roofing and Construction are customer service focused and they do everything to ensure complete satisfaction. My insurance did not approve roof replacement at first, but Payton never gave up. He knows the system and he gives his best effort in order to get me the replacement that I deserve from the insurance company. From inspection to taking pictures to working with public adjusters to sending follow up inquires, he got it done for me. And then he explained the whole replacement process to me, about the materials, the layers, and vents. On the day of replacement, the crew that came was very professional and friendly, and worked hard the whole day to install my new roof. What surprised me was that a project manager was on site to supervise the whole process, making sure everything was done right, and answered any questions that I had. This company takes customer satisfaction seriously and stands behind their products and services 100%. I have already recommended them to several neighbors who were walking by on that day, and will recommend them to anyone who's looking to replace or repair their roof and looking for quality people and company.

I really didn’t expect to get a roof because I tried filing a claim with State Farm and they originally denied my claim. I contacted Payton to see about an out of pocket replacement but he asked if he could try working with my insurance company. Lo and behold he got my roof fully replaced through State Farm. He really came through and exceeded my expectations. The roof looks fantastic, they did a great job.
